You’ll need:
1 bottle Ivole
12 oz sparkling water
1 ripe peach, thinly sliced
A sprig of mint
To make:
Combine all ingredients in a plastic carafe, add chilled whiskey cubes and marinate in the refrigerator for an hour or more.
To serve:
Serve straight up or over ice in a glass.
