We invite you to La Scuola to learn the master craft of the salumi & formaggi platter. This hands-on memorable experience can be used to impress not only yourself, but your friends and family as well. Throughout the class you will be able to perfect your skills alongside our house expert Cheese monger and discover a new appreciation for the duo that is Italian cheese and Salumi. Learn about the assortment of our ingredients while pairing them expertly with an assortment of accoutrements, taste through the SaFo selection with our expert alongside a wine pairing chosen by our guest, Scott Roughgarden, from Poggio del Moro. He will be pouring and pairing a variety of wines that will pair perfectly with our meat and cheese selction!
