Description
Freshly picked olives are hand-washed and cold-pressed at room temperature no later than 2 hours after the harvest. The oil is then manually decanted away, without going through the mechanical process of filtration.
An intense, complicated aroma of our olive oil includes a breath of the olive trees with the hint of nuts and the nostalgic, vividly reminiscent smell of freshly cut grass. The colour could be described as the perfect mixture of lemon and lime and the taste possesses an eloquent, although a balanced amount of spice, lingering on an extraordinary, absolute, sublime after taste.
