Do you know Trujillo? Not sure? It is a city of one million people on the north coast of Peru, the motherland of Ynes, Carmen’s close friend and work companion. But not only: Ynes, who now lives in Tuscany with her family, also takes care of picking olives and selecting the best fruit for all produce in Poggio del Moro.
Her eyes smile, when you ask her about working in the estate: “This is my second home and here I live one hundred percent the Italian way, more than twenty years devoting my heart to Poggio del Moro soil”.
