The Poggio del Moro winery selected among the best Italian companies for a tasting at the Embassy of Vienna. The event is scheduled for September 3: companies and consumers in comparison in a context of absolute prestige.

The fine wines of Poggio del Moro chosen for the event at the Embassy of Vienna: an Italian excellence

An invitation to the Italian Embassy in Vienna, on 3 September, to take part in the Italian wine tasting day in Austria, organized by Casinos Austria and Genussbar Österreich. This is what Poggio del Moro, a Chianciano Terme winery, has been awarded, selected to participate in the exclusive event. An event, that of September 3, which in addition to taking place in a location of absolute prestige compares the best Italian wineries with the most authoritative interlocutors of the host country: Austrian sommelier associations, members of the Austrian Wine Academy (Wine & Spirit Education Trust), wine merchants, wine and food industry agents, hotel businesses, journalists and business customers.

For the occasion, Poggio del Moro will participate with three red wines (a Red Tuscan Igt, a Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG Riserva, a red Tuscan Sangiovese Igt Rasea), a white (Igt Bianco Toscana Ivole) and a rosé (Tuscan Rosé Igt pink) ). A further testimony, therefore, of the internationally recognized credit and of the goodness of the company that, for about ten years, has been able to revitalize the production of wines in this portion of land south of Montepulciano.

The enchanting setting of Poggio del Moro: a place where time seems to stop

All this thanks to the strength of a reality that has 14 hectares available, 12 of which planted with red berry varieties-Sangiovese, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, and the other two with white grapes – Trebbiano Procanico , Grechetto, Malvasia Toscana. That of Vienna is therefore the ideal showcase for an entire territory, as well as the favorable opportunity to maintain and develop relationships in a rapidly expanding market, with Poggio del Moro which stands out thanks to its peculiarities. A terroir and a unique microclimate, in fact, combined with a holistic approach in the management of the company, give each year wines with inimitable sapidity and persistence and, therefore, greatly appreciated all over the world.
